...and he will want to cut out some lick'em-stick'em tattoos.

...and then he will ask for a wet washcloth so he can stick'em on.

...and after he sticks those tattoos on, he will need a mirror to see them better.

...after seeing his arm covered in skulls, crossbones and surf motifs, he will need another scissors.

...you will think he is cutting out more tattoos, which is partially correct.

...but he is actually cutting his hair so that he can apply a facial tattoo in order to look like Commander Chakotay from Star Trek: Voyager.

But all in all, its time for a hair cut soon any way, and Little Brother is VERY pleased with his accomplishments! All smiles in this house!
