The Nature Room

It used to be a really small dining room. Now it is THE NATURE ROOM! ehem. Remember that please. :)

Bookshelves on the south wall.... kitty cat included at no extra charge. The comfy chair is from my grandmother. These shelves will be used for the morning academics studied by each child.
Bookshelf and cabinet on the west wall. This shelf will be used for whatever current handicraft we are working on. Right now, paper bead making!
Extra storage, organized in stacked trays, hidden behind a chair, but easily accessed. (Was that a run-on sentence?)
The east curio cabinet, filled with natural items. Bird nests, eggs, driftwood and fairies.
The west curio cabinet, also filled with natural items.
Boxes for daily academics and curricula. Really inexpensive magazine holders from Ikea, covered with great scrapbook paper.
Nature shelf on the east wall.
More of the nature shelf- including an experiment. Does selenite dissolve in water?
An old type print drawer makes an awesome display for natural items. You know, all that stuff that ends up in the pocket after a walk!
