While the black kitten has been the more outgoing and brave from day one, we all laughed to see how fear-filled he was at the vet's office. In fact, we had quite the role reversal as little orange kitty was friendly and inquisitive, exploring the office! Little black kitty hid inside the carrier.
Since then, the two kittens have been switching things up at home as well, with the black kitten being more cuddly and quiet, and the orange one being more active and "lemme go!" Its cute, and I am sure hormones have something to do with it.
Both kittens were mewling the entire car trip, and so the kids sang them songs to calm them down. The most effective song? Bob Marley of course:
