Breakfast Quiche

YUM!

Breakfast Quiche. Good for lunch!

Wonderful! Light and flavorful! The only improvement I can think of would be to add an interesting cheese, like a bit of goat's milk cheese or Havarti. Something with a pungent aroma and musty flavor.

All the ingredients can be found at Aldi.
1 pie shell
4 eggs
1.5 cups milk
1 cup cheddar
1/2 cup mozzerella
1 head (or more) brocolli, steamed and chopped
1 package (8 links) frozen ready-to-serve sausage
salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion, sauteed in butter/olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

(I also think you can add a little less liquid. Maybe 1.25 cups of milk.)

Bake for 35 minutes at 350degrees.

A hit with grandma, me, Big Sister, and not so much Little Brother who wouldnt even taste it. Too many things mixed together. Sigh...
