Allow your daughters a Barbie and a GI Jane. Let her find her definition of femininity.

Let them believe in the unlikely.

Provide them with good tools. Let them figure out how to use them.

Let them dream and plan about their future.

Support their love of the outdoors and keep them out more than they are in.

Provide a good curriculum when they are old enough and motivated.

Let them know there is a whole world out there, but they will always be welcomed back home.
