A few weeks ago, our family had a fun opportunity to help out a friend. Brian Fox Ellis runs
Fox Tales International, an educational program that depicts history in real life through portrayals of historical figures. Right now, Brian is working on creating videos of several of his characters, and wanted an audience, preferably dressed in period costume, to liven up the set. We obliged, considering we like to see his shows whenever we can.
This afternoon and evening, Brian portrayed
John James Audubon,
Meriwether Lewis, and
Edgar Allen Poe at various historic buildings at Bishop Hill, Illinois.
